• Choose your card size - Select from 16 sizes. Pick portrait or landscape orientation. The builder updates the canvas to match.
• Design your layout - Upload your artwork and position your buttons on the card. The live preview shows the final printed result. You control button placement, graphics, and text.
• Select your options - Choose your card stock, single- or double-sided printing, square or rounded corners, and any packaging add-ons (header card, poly bag, hang hole).
• Submit for proof - A designer reviews your order and emails a proof showing the exact layout and color. Production begins only after you approve.

16 sizes are available, each in both portrait and landscape. Choose the orientation that fits your art and button arrangement.

Cards finish slightly under nominal dimensions - for example, a 9×12 card finishes at approximately 8.75 × 11.75 inches.

Card stocks - two options. 14pt C2S Semi Gloss is a glossy, coated stock; buttons are printed with vibrant colors and high-quality finishes, and ink sits on the surface for sharp, saturated color. 130lb Smooth Uncoated is an uncoated stock with a softer, more natural look, better for designs where you want a muted feel, and also ideal when you need legible text on the back.

Printing - single-sided or double-sided on the card; header cards print single-sided. Double-sided printing lets you add branding, contact info, or instructions on the reverse.

Corners - square or rounded. Rounded corners give a cleaner look.

Button shapes - round, square, rectangle, and octagon, in many sizes. How many buttons you can place depends on the button dimensions relative to the card. The live preview shows the layout as you build it, flags placements that aren't valid, and keeps every button inside the card edges. There is no set maximum.

Header cards - a printed header card, folded and stapled over the opening of the poly bag. It adds a branded area at the top of your pack - space for your logo, tagline, or product name. Artwork for the header is included in the same upload as your card artwork; the designer sets it out when preparing your proof.

Clear poly bags - an optional clear poly bag, sized to your card. The product stays visible through the bag.

Retail hang holes - a die-cut euro slot, peg-ready for retail display racks or merch walls. The hang hole can be punched in the card itself or in the header card, depending on your packaging set.

Together, these options create a finished product you can hang on a peg hook at a merch table, ship in an online order, or stock in a retail location.

Every order goes through a real proof approval step. This is not an automated preview - a designer at our shop reviews your art, layout, and configuration options.

The proof is sent to you by email. You review it, request changes if needed, and approve it before production begins. This separate action prevents costly mistakes.
